Job Description:

As a Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing security
measures within our DevOps processes. You will work collaboratively with various teams to
ensure the security and integrity of our applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and implementation of security measures across development and
operational environments.
• Support the development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Implement automated security testing, monitoring, and alerting tools.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to integrate security
practices into the CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in security incident response activities.
• Stay informed about the latest security threats and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Security, or related roles.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with automated security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
